We stand behind our products and if you are not satisfied with Vamousse, we want to make it right.

If you need to return the product, the quickest option is to return to the store where you purchased it with the original receipt and remaining product packaging for a refund of the purchase price (less any discounts).
Please note that refunds will only be considered for purchases made within the last 30 calendar days from the postmark date of a request.
If you are unable to return the product to the store, mail: 1) the original UPC code from the carton or label, 2) the original purchase receipt, 3) the reason for your dissatisfaction, and 4) your name, 5) phone number, 6) mailing address, and 7) the bottom panel of the Lice Treatment carton to:
